The market for Seroquel XR needs patients to be non-drug-resistant strains of schizophrenia, have a history of psychiatric conditions, and are non-prescription users of Seroquel.
Generic Competition: The drug has a higher prevalence of different forms of schizophrenia, such as tablets, capsules, and liquid suspension. The market for Seroquel can be segmented into multiple segments, including tablets, capsules, and liquid suspension.

The drug also reduces the amount of dopamine released, making it easier to regulate your brain activity and reduce impulsiveness.

Seroquel is a well-studied atypical antipsychotic, and it has been reported that it can significantly improve patients’ sleep quality and duration. In the present study, we investigated the effect of the combination of quetiapine and quetiapine on sleep quality and duration of sleep in a population-based, observational study in patients with insomnia. Method: The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of the combination of quetiapine and quetiapine on sleep quality and duration of sleep in patients with insomnia. We measured sleep latency, sleep efficiency, and quality of sleep.
We used the SPSS statistical program to calculate the number of patients in each group with insomnia who received quetiapine (50 mg) and quetiapine (400 mg) + quetiapine (400 mg) + placebo. We used the Mann–Whitney test for pairwise comparisons between groups to assess difference between groups. We calculated the mean difference in sleep latency (minutes), sleep efficiency (minutes per week), and sleep quality (minutes per week) between groups. The mean difference in sleep latency was significantly higher in the quetiapine group than in the placebo group (P = 0.003, log-rank test). We used the Chi square test to compare the mean difference in sleep latency between groups. We used the Mann–Whitney test to calculate the mean difference in sleep efficiency between groups. The effect of the combination of quetiapine and quetiapine on sleep efficiency was assessed using the difference of mean sleep efficiency between groups (P = 0.001, t-test).
We found a significant difference in sleep efficiency between groups in patients with insomnia (P = 0.005) but not in patients without insomnia (P = 0.072) (see Table ). We calculated the mean difference in sleep latency (minutes) between groups (P = 0.003) for patients with insomnia and patients without insomnia and also found an effect of the combination of quetiapine and quetiapine on sleep efficiency (P = 0.0063, t-test).
The combination of quetiapine and quetiapine + quetiapine was superior to quetiapine alone in improving sleep quality in patients with insomnia.
